Vishal Kiran is a passionate and disciplined certified Yoga Teacher with over 12 years of experience teaching yoga to students of all levels. Classically trained in the renowned Sivananda lineage from Rishikesh, India, Vishal has a deep understanding and respect for the tradition of yoga.
With a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga, Vishal has taught various styles, including Sivananda, Satyananda, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and more. His teaching philosophy emphasizes creating a peaceful and supportive environment, allowing students to safely explore and deepen their practice.
Vishal's extensive education and training include:

- Certified Yoga Teacher Training from International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Neyyar Dam, Kerala (500 hours, 2013)
- Yoga Teacher Training Course from Swami Krishnananda Hatha Yoga Shala, Mysore, Karnataka (200 hours)
- Foundation Course in Yoga Science and Wellness from Sri Vedavyasa Yoga Foundation, Mysore, Karnataka (100 hours)
- Adapted Sivananda Yoga Course from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram, Neyyar Dam, Kerala (50 hours)
- Yoga Bhushana Prabodha Patra Examination from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Morarji Desai National

Additionally, Vishal has served as a voluntary staff member at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Neyyar Dam, Kerala, from October 30, 2014, to February 9, 2015. During his tenure, he:

- Participated in all aspects of the ashram schedule, including morning and evening meditation, asana classes, and karma yoga
- Supervised food serving and reception assistance
- Taught asana classes with up to 120 students
- Assisted two Yoga Teachers Training Courses with up to 200 students
- Coached new yoga teachers on a one-to-one basis
